Cards and tokens in the Poker
During the preparing your Poker tournament you have to pay enhanced attention to playing equipment, because it determine the quality of the tournament. For sure we recommend you use cards made of plastic. The paper ones or the paper ones covered by plastic are not so resistant and after some time they can be destroyed. That is why also financially it is preferable to get high quality cards which can work much longer.
Another thing you should attend to is good choice of tokens. At first we have to take a note that tokens are much better and comfortable to play than money. Next, the tokens should be marked by the value they have. You can anticipate to confusions and quarrels. Tokens should be tougher to better manipulation with them. By the way if you play only with your close relatives and friends always play to win money. It is enough just few cents, but still it is better than when you play to win matches. Poker can offer you the main part of it, so it is useless to remove this part. If you lead the casino, it is fitting to have two kinds of chips, one for tournaments and one for cash games. It can happen that somebody can steal chips from tournaments and take them to cash games. Then you can be really in trouble with this. But if you use different tokens, there is no problem.
Playing table should be specialized for this purpose. If you can not afford this kind of table or you just do not want to buy it, then you can choose also classic table with good stability and over it put some table cloth in green color.
During the card shuffle it is necessary for dealer to have bottom cover for cards. It helps against possibility to see the bottom card.
