Observe hot other players behave. If somebody evidently bid and try to be seen, most probably he bluffs. That is why you should be very sensitive for all kinds of this movements and things and you should try to do not make them as well.
It is good idea to do not drink any alcohol during the Poker game. If you have to drink or you really want to then drink only few. Otherwise the alcohol will rise to you head and it is your finish. If you know that you have troubles to stop drinking, give some limits yourself, for instance two glasses per night is good amount.
